Donovan Varney
Donovan is a senior studying journalism news and information, while minoring in marketing. In addition to that, Donovan is pursuing certificates in social media and podcasting. He is involved with WOUB Public Media and their many TV shows. He is the season 26 host of WOUB’s Gridiron Glory and reports for WOUB’s nightly newscast, Newswatch. Donovan will graduate in May 2026 and is looking forward to sharing some of the unique stories of Southeast Ohio!
In his free time, Donovan enjoys running, listening to music, watching movies, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns. After graduation, he plans to get a job as a TV reporter with a local news station.
